Not a novice swim. The Atlantic Seaboard is pristine, but remember that it has a reputation. In summer, its the Cape of Good Hope, and in winter, its the Cape of Storms! We hope for the former, BUT we plan for the latter. Route: Broken Baths to Bantry Bay and back. The route is intended to be heavy going up-stream to Bantry Bay.
