Race Description

The 2024 Medihelp Sunrise Monster, hosted by Harlequin Harriers, will be taking place on 2 March 2024 at the Harlequin Club in Groenkloof, Pretoria. This will be the 45th running of our race, making it one of the oldest races in Pretoria. The race distances include the 32km Monster, the 21km Half Monster, the 10km Mini Monster, and the 5km Baby Monster.
