Battle of the Bikes

The Battle of the Bikes Festival, a highly-anticipated family-oriented mountain and gravel bike cycling event, is set to take place on 05 October 2024 at Magersfontein Golf Estate at 07:30am. This event provides a unique opportunity for both professional riders and enthusiastic hobbyists to challenge themselves and compete against each other. The safety and well-being of all participants are of utmost importance to the organizers, who have taken all necessary measures to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. The race is open to solo participants who wish to take part with a Mountain Bike, Gravel Bike and E Bike and offers three different routes to choose from - 20km, 45km, and 72km. The 29km and 51km routes are suitable for those who are just looking to enjoy the event, while the 82km route is designed for pro riders who want to push their limits. The Battle of the Bikes is a well-equipped event with ample water points, professional photographers along the route, and professional medical support. In addition to this, participants can expect a good vibe, refreshments along the route, and a great atmosphere at the venue. The entries closes on 30 September 2024, and number plate collection takes place on 05 October 2024 at Magersfontein Golf Estate between o6:30 and 07:30. During registration, riders will receive their event package, including their race number and other goodies. No late entries will be accepted.
