Bay by Bike MTB Race

Conveniently situated within Nelson Mandela metro at a fantastic venue, Baywest Mall is your base from which youll discover some amazing mountain biking trails and trail running routes within the city limits. The 20km MTB route includes an abundance of flowing singletrack and makes use of Baywest Trails & Norm Hudlin Trails, with the 40km race consisting of 2 laps. The family-friendly 10km and 5km MTB and trail run routes incorporate the Baywest Trails network. RACE ENTRY FEES: 40km MTB R280 40km Ebike R280 20km MTB R230 10km MTB R150 5km MTB R100 10km Trail Run R200 5km Trail Run R130 A CSA Day License is required for the 40km MTB race only and can be purchased with your race entry for R50. Bay by Bike is a Cycling South Africa (CSA) Sanctioned event and will be run according to CSA rules. CSA enforces minimum age restrictions based on race distances for all sanctioned MTB events. To avoid disappointment at registration, please only select a race distance that you are allowed to participate in. Your age is based on the age you will be on 31 December of that year. Please note gravel bikes are not permitted as per CSA rules.
