Totalsports Table Mountain 16 km

The Totalsports 16km Table Mountain Race is a spectacular run from Constantia Nek up the jeep track to the top of Table Mountain and back. The route follows the historic road up to and around the Woodhead dam. A challenging 16km run covering a short distance (200m) of single-track running, and the rest on gravel and cement.
