The Border Post Trail Run

The race will take place at The Border Post at the top of Oliviershoek Pass, nestled in the magnificent northern Drakensberg. Participants will have the rare privilege of running and walking through an extraordinarily beautiful landscape, featuring diverse terrain and stunning scenery. From the rolling indigenous grasslands of the foothills to the challenging rocky ascents and descents, culminating in sublime mountain-top running, this event offers it all. If the weather cooperates, runners will be treated to breathtaking views that can momentarily feel otherworldly. However, they must stay focused and keep their feet firmly on the ground! All participants should also keep an eye out for glimpses of natural wildlife along the way.
