The Luxliner Route 66 2 day Gravel Experience

Back for the 16th year in a row and part of the Stellentis Adventure Series, we welcome you to the biggest and most popular stage race in Gauteng, The Luxliner Route 66 Experience. 28 Feb - 1 March 2026: Check out our EARLY BIRD Specials. It's taking place at the beautiful 5-Star Mount Grace Hotel & Spa, set in the beautiful and majestic setting of the Magaliesburg Mountains. Perfect training for the Absa Cape Epic and perfect Altitude Training. And dont forget about how good this event will be for your legs if you are training for our very own Investec Great Kei Trek. This year, we are changing things up an bit, and our focus is on Gravel. Its now a 2-day, Gravel/ MTB Stage Race in Gauteng. Its tough, its fun, and incredibly rewarding, and its back in 2026. But two days is not all that is on offer. Also on offer in Gravel/ MTB Formats on Sunday the 1st of March includes an 80km, 60km or 45km. If you cant join the full weekend, Sundays single-day rides are your chance to experience the best of the Route 66 trails world-class riding through the heart of the Magalies mountains, with just the right mix of challenge, scenery, and satisfaction.Choose your distance. Pick your adventure. Plus 15, 10 or 5km Trail Run/ Walk on Saturday the 28th of February. The Route 66 Experience isnt just for riders. Lace up your trail shoes and join us on Saturday for a morning on the legendary Magalies trails. Whether youre chasing a personal best or just out for a fresh-air adventure, this ones for you. Choose from 5 km, 10 km, or 15 km routes that wind through rolling hills, shaded valleys, and sweeping views of the Magaliesberg.Each route offers a balance of challenge and reward run it hard, or walk it easy.
