The well-known road cycling race is swapping tar for turf and officially becoming a mountain bike race, taking place on Saturday, 23 May 2026 at the Bosveld Venue in Montana. Participants can look forward to a dynamic, natural and energy-packed cycling experience that perfectly reflects the GROOT familys spirit of togetherness and adventure. Cyclists can choose between 15 km, 30 km or 60 km mountain bike routes, with an additional 80 km gravel option for those keen on a bigger challenge. The new routes offer something for every fitness level from families and recreational riders to professional athletes.
