Bloem Battle Ground 2026 - Hybrid Fitness Series

This hybrid race is designed to test both functional strength and cardiovascular endurance, featuring 10 strength disciplinessuch as tyre flips, farmers carries, and sandbag lungesinterspersed with approximately 500m runs between each station. The event is structured to be accessible for all fitness levels, requiring no prior technical training or complicated movements. Participants can compete in the Solo race on 1 May or the Team race on 2 May, with the competition using a first-come, first-served station format where athletes can choose their own race strategy.
