Run The Farm

We are excited to host this unique challenge for the first time in the Garden Route, South Africa!!! The Run The Farm Ultra is a form of an ultra-run where competitors consecutively run a 5.85km loop for 12 hours. It's about challenging yourself but also having fun and building community. You decide how fast you want to run and how many loops you want to complete. There are different race categories: Individual: One participant running as many loops in the 12 hours as possible. Partner: Two participants alternate running the 12 hours (you go I go), the number of laps accumulated between the two partners are used for the total at the end. (Partner category all fall under one whether its, male- male, female-female or male-female) Team: Four participants alternate running the 12hours. The number of laps accumulated between the group are used for the total at the end. (Mixed or all female or male teams can join, no separate categories) Course: 5.85km Loop with 155meter elevation gain
