Knysna Extreme Triathlon

No Sugar Coating | No Hand Holding | No Fanfare Triathlon in its purest form The Knysna Extreme Triathlon is a truly unique and unforgettable experience. This point-to-point triathlon inspires dreams, create goals and will change view on what you, as an athlete, are able to achieve - forever. Triathletes begin with a 5km swim in the Knysna Estuary, followed by a 174km bike route through diverse landscapes of coastline, mountains, and semi-desert regions. Then finished with a challenging 50km run with windy mountain passes, lush plantations and finishing deep in the Knysna forest. The route is as tough as it is stunning, that will push you to your limits physically, mentally, and emotionally from start to finish.
