Totalsports Table Mountain 16 km

The 2026 Totalsports Table Mountain 16 km will take place Sunday, 21 June 2026 from 08h00 at the Constantia Glen in Constantia, Western Cape. Distance of the race is 16km. The Totalsports 16km Table Mountain Race is a spectacular run from Constantia Nek up the jeep track to the top of Table Mountain and back. The route follows the historic road up to and around the Woodhead dam. A challenging 16km run covering a short distance (200m) of single-track running, and the rest on gravel.
