Titan Hybrid Games

The Titan Hybrid Games, proudly presented by Willow Way Fitness, is a high-energy race that mixes running and functional fitness. The Challenge: Teams of two will move through 9 workout stations, with 600m of running between each station, for time. (RUN - STATION 1 - RUN - STATION 2 - RUN...repeat until you've completed all 9 stations) Every station tests a different part of your fitness - power, strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Expect a mix of carries, lunges, sled work, rowing, jumps, and bodyweight moves that push you from start to finish. *We do have a Solo option for Elite Participants crazy enough to tackle it alone.
