Stilbaai Classic Surfski Race

The Stilbaai Classic Surfski Race is an annual premier ocean paddling event held along the picturesque Garden Route in the coastal town of Stilbaai, South Africa. Designed to attract surfski enthusiasts of all skill levels, the race offers a weekend of competitive sports and community camaraderie against the backdrop of rolling ocean swells and the stunning southern coastline. The event typically features multiple challenges, including a Saturday Sea paddle of approximately 20km and a Sunday River paddle on the Goukou River with 10km or 20km options. Organized with a focus on safety and a friendly atmosphere, participants compete for cash prizes, lucky draws, and exclusive branded event towels while enjoying the "wild side" of South Africa's waters. This event supports team entries for certain classes. Team sizes range from 2 - 4 participants per team.
