Oppie Bol

An inclusive, family-friendly running event held annually during Disability Rights Awareness Month at the SANDF Sports Grounds in Thaba Tshwane. Hosted by the Oppie Bol Athletics Club, this Athletics Gauteng North (AGN) league event features a flat, fast, and fully wheelchair-friendly course with distances ranging from a 21.1km half marathon to a 1.6km street mile. Designed to promote complete community inclusion, the event encourages participants of all abilities to run, walk, or push a wheelchair to champion disability awareness.
