Giba Gorge Backyard Ultra

An endurance challenge where runners complete a fixed loop every hour, on the hour, until only one runner remains. How many laps can you run? The Giba Gorge Backyard Ultra is not about speed it's about survival. Each lap starts exactly one hour after the last. Runners have sixty minutes to complete the loop and be ready at the line when the bell rings. The course features flowing trail sections, elevation changes and technical terrain, creating a physical and mental endurance battle where strategy matters as much as fitness.
