A premier off-road running event hosted by the Rotary Club of Grahamstown Sunset, set against the rugged backdrop of Makhanda (Grahamstown) in the Eastern Cape. Starting from Horskool P.J. Olivier, the race challenges participants with a diverse network of tracks that ascend the scenic ridges and valleys of the Loskop Mountain region. Offering distances ranging from a family-friendly 3km fun run to a grueling 50km ultra-marathon, the event combines a passion for pure wilderness running with community-driven conservation, with proceeds supporting local environmental and community projects.
