Its a run, its a party, and its the least intimidating way to move your body all year. A Silent Disco Fun Run is exactly what it sounds like: a 5km through the vineyards at Bloemendal, except instead of music playing over speakers, everyone wears a pair of glowing wireless headphones. Tune in, and the whole crowd moves to the same soundtrack - walking, jogging, and dancing their way around the course in what looks, from the outside, like total silence. You choose a group when you arrive anything from walking only to a steady jog and each group has a leader wearing a transmitter. You tune your headphones to your leaders channel, and simply follow their music and their pace for the full 5km.Which means nobody gets left behind youre always with a leader whose whole job is to stay with your group.
