Farm Rox combines running, strength, endurance and teamwork in an exciting course packed with farm-inspired workout stations and functional fitness challenges. Expect tyre flips, sandbag carries, sled pushes and pulls, weighted carries, bodyweight exercises, sprint runs and more. Using a mix of real farm equipment and functional gym equipment, every station is designed to test your grit, determination and teamwork while making fitness fun.
