Hosted by Time2Train, in partnership with Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate, KloovX is an off-road hybrid fitness race that combines running and functional fitness in a high-energy team format. Teams of two will take on a race against the clock, completing repeated run sections and functional fitness stations in the heart of the Swartland. Each team will complete 7 x 700m runs and 7 functional fitness stations. The race format follows a clear sequence: Run 700m Station 1 Run 700m Station 2, continuing until all seven stations are complete. Teams must complete the runs together, but may share the work at each functional fitness station.
