Table Mountain Forries Beast

A no-frills trail running event set against the iconic backdrop of Cape Town's Table Mountain National Park on Saturday, 5 June 2027. Centered at the historic Foresters Arms ("Forries") in Newlands, this rugged event challenges participants with brutal ascents, quad-busting descents, and breathtaking scenery. Runners can choose from three distinct distances designed to test every level of endurance: the grueling 50km Ultra, the demanding 30km Beast, and the 16km Baby Beast. True to its raw and eco-friendly ethos, the race features minimal course marking interference, strict compulsory gear requirements, and a self-sufficient cup-free format, making it an unmissable test of grit for mountain runners.
